Presentations:
Poster Boards are 4 feet (high) x 8 feet (wide).
Contributed Talks are 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion.
Invited Talks are 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.

All oral presentations should be uploaded to the computer provided by the Conference Center and tested ahead of the session.  We strongly recommend PDF rather than Powerpoint (or other formats) in order to minimize compatibility problems.  If a presenter insists on using her/his own computer, the presenter is responsible for ensuring that all necessary connections work properly.  Any setup time encountered during the session will be counted against the total time allocations listed above.

Transportation from and to Honolulu International Airport:
Shuttle: Roberts Shuttle just opened the website with special rates for GEC/ICRP participants.
The Ala Moana hotel is the first stop from the airport to downtown Honolulu.
Taxi:       A taxi ride (one way) will cost about $40 – $45.
